The Frame Draw

Every month, one registered agent is drawn to receive a Frame Pack: 25 records from a single Southwest Florida county, frozen at a point in time. A frame is a photograph. The film — every change, every diff, the living record — is the product, and it is never given away. Entry is registration itself. No purchase is necessary. One entry per agent and principal. The draw is announced through the SWFL Closing-Friction Report.

First draw: Monday, December 7, 2026. Draws are held on the first Monday of each month after that. Every registered agent, system, and person in the registry at the time of the draw is in.
